We booked 8 session with Chris for our lab puppy Indy , after not having the best start to life Indy was a very nervous dog along with other naughty puppy behaviours, Chris has been absolutely amazing and helped us to transform Indy into a completely different dog allowing for stress free walks and has gave indy the freedom we were desperate to give her, couldn’t recommend Chris more!

I can’t thank Chris at Pack-9 enough for the amazing transformation in my dog, Ozzie. Before we started working with Chris, Ozzie was anxious, reactive, and honestly a bit of a handful. Now, he’s a completely different dog — calm, confident, and so much more in tune with me. It’s been incredible to watch him grow.

We’ve worked with Chris for around 10 months with our working cocker spaniel, and honestly, it’s been an absolute life-changer. Chris has worked with us 1:1 in our home, a variety of outdoors spaces, in busy public places, and even around his own dogs. Every session was tailored to Albie’s needs and taught him (and us!) something new each time.

He has really helped us understand our dog’s breed and what he really needs to stay happy and sane (and to stop us from being driven crazy!). Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we now feel so much more confident and in control going forward even with a baby on the way.

Chris is calm, patient, super knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both the dog and the humans involved. We cannot recommend or thank him enough for all he has done for us! Our time working with Chris might be over but we won’t stop shouting about his business and Albie certainly won’t stop running up to him if we bump into him as he has grown to love him so much!
